Before joining Cozen O’Connor, Mayer clerked for District Judge Berle M. Schiller, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She holds a B.A. from University of Delaware and J.D. and MBA from Villanova University.
Conaboy spent several years working as a pharmacist in New Jersey prior to his time in private practice. He earned his doctor of pharmacy from Wilkes University Nesbitt College of Pharmacy and holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
