Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Advises S&T Bank in Acquisition of Naming Rights of Pittsburgh-Area Entertainment Venue
PITTSBURGH – January 8, 2020 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney advised S&T Bank, which in conjunction with Live Nation Entertainment Inc., acquired the naming rights to the new S&T Bank Music Park near Pittsburgh. The venue, formerly the KeyBank Pavillion, has a 23,000 seat capacity and typically attracts 300,000 unique visitors.

Buchanan has previously handled several sports stadium and venue naming rights deals across the country.
