Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Named to Diversity & Flexibility Alliance “Tipping the Scales” List

PITTSBURGH – (November 11) – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has been named to the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s annual “Tipping the Scales” list, recognizing law firms demonstrating gender parity in their 2024 new partner classes.

Buchanan was one of 82 law firms recognized for having 50% or more women in its 2024 new partner class.

Each year, the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance releases the “Tipping the Scales” list with its annual New Partner Report, which analyzes public data on the gender diversity of law firm attorneys promoted to partner, the effective date of promotion between October 1, 2023, and September 30, 2024.
