Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Launches Buchanan Labs at Ascender’s Grand Opening

PITTSBURGH – February 16, 2017 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney announces the launch of Buchanan Labs, the go-to resource for legal and business advice for entrepreneurs and emerging companies. The launch coincides with the grand opening of Ascender, a hub for Pittsburgh's starters and builders, providing programming, insight, and connectivity for the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Buchanan will also hold a series of practical, legally-focused information sessions at Ascender, whose founder Bobby Zappala, is a Buchanan alumnus. These programs will focus on labor and employment issues, corporate concerns and equity plans, as well as the impact of immigration changes on global talent. The firm will preview these offerings through a series of Pittsburgh Technology Council’s TechVibe Radio broadcasts taped at Ascender’s event and to air on February 24 and March 3 at 7 p.m. on KDKA 1020 AM.
