Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Announces Elections to Firm Leadership Positions

Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, PA, May 18, 2011 — Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC announced today its newly elected board members. In Philadelphia, Craig D. Mills, Chair of Business Litigation and Trial Practice, was elected to the Board of Directors. In Pittsburgh, the firm's Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Co-chair Sean W. Moran was elected to the Board, and Securities/SEC Practice Co-chair Jeremiah G. Garvey was re-elected to the Board of Directors.

All parties will serve three-year terms.
