Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Announces Board Leadership Changes

Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA / Washington, D.C. / Alexandria, VA – May 28, 2013 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC announced today its re-election of Wendelynne J. Newton to the position of Executive Shareholder, and Gina M. Ameci, Rebecca Livingston Lando and William C. Rowland as members of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Newton, Ameci, Lando and Rowland will be part of the firm’s Leadership Team, charged with implementing the goals of the firm’s strategic plan; all will serve three-year terms.
