Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Announces 2010 Attorney Promotions

Pittsburgh, PA, February 1, 2010 — Effective today, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC is pleased to announce the promotions of eight attorneys to shareholder and nine attorneys to counsel.

The following Pittsburgh attorneys were promoted to shareholder: Lynn Krisay Brehm and Philip J. Weis of the ERISA/Employee Benefits Section; Pamela E. Hepp and Jan Wenzel of the Health Care Section; and Brian H. Simmons of the Litigation Section. In Princeton, Sandra S. Moran and David L. Gordon, both of the Litigation Section, were promoted to shareholder. And, in Miami, Matthew Feeley of the Litigation Section, was promoted to shareholder.

The following Pittsburgh attorneys were promoted to counsel: Cindy Dunlap Hinkle and William J. Moorhead of the Litigation Section; Duane A. Stewart, III of the Intellectual Property Section; and Jaime S. Tuite of the Labor and Employment Section. Alexandria attorneys promoted to counsel were as follows: Leigh Z. Callander, Fang Liu, Ph.D., Bryce J. Maynard — all from the Intellectual Property Section. In Wilmington, Peter J. Duhig of the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Section was promoted to counsel. In Princeton, Joseph A. Carita of the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Section was promoted to counsel.
