Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Adds Corporate Shareholder in Tampa

TAMPA, FL – August 2022 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney continues its strategic growth with the addition of David T. Cellitti, shareholder in the Corporate section. Cellitti, who will be based in the Tampa office, brings more than 20 years of experience in helping clients navigate everything from middle-market mergers and acquisitions and other significant transactions, to strategic planning, compliance and day-to-day operations. For many clients, he has provided his insights while serving as outside general counsel.
