Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Adds Associate Abigail M. Green to its Philadelphia Labor & Employment Section

Philadelphia, PA, July 1, 2013 — Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC announced today that Abigail M. Green joined the firm’s Labor & Employment Section as an associate.

Green was previously an associate in a New Jersey-based law firm where she practiced in the areas of labor and employment, as well as commercial litigation. She conducted legal research, drafted opinion letters, memoranda of law and substantive legal briefs addressing labor and employment issues. She has also drafted civil pleadings and conducted discovery and depositions.

She has served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary Eva Colalillo of the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden County. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joel B. Rosen, a retired magistrate judge for the District of New Jersey.
Abigail attended Rutgers University where she earned her J.D. in 2006. Prior to her time there, she received her B.A. in political science from Transylvania University in 2003.
