Buchanan Attorney Jayson Wolfgang's Best Practices Article on Pre-Litigation Duty Published by Counsel to Counsel Magazine

In December 2008, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney attorneys Jayson R. Wolfgang — a shareholder in the Litigation Section of the firm's Harrisburg office — attended a Counsel to Counsel forum, presented by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. He presented "Executing the Pre-Litigation Duty to Preserve." Following the presentation, Wolfgang's presentation was turned into a "Best Practices" article, which was published in the May issue of Counsel to Counsel Magazine.
