
Buchanan Adds Labor & Employment Shareholder in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. (February 2025) - Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney continues its strategic expansion with the addition of Christopher Cascino as a shareholder in the firm’s Labor & Employment section. He joins the Tampa office.
Cascino is a board-certified labor and employment lawyer who focuses his practice on helping employers faced with the risks of Fair Labor Standards Act collective action, workplace class action, and California Private Attorney General Act litigation.

In addition to his active litigation practice, Cascino advises clients on wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, terminations, and non-competition. On the wage and hour front, Cascino helps employers implement best in class procedures and practices to avoid and defend against wage and hour lawsuits.
