Bridgeport Continuing Education

Christopher J. Dalton participated in Bridgeport Continuing Education’s 2014 National Consumer Class Action Conference in Chicago on June 13, 2014. Bridgeport is a leading provider of continuing education in the West, and California’s largest CLE provider. Dalton and plaintiff’s class action attorney Joe Siprut of Chicago, Boston and San Francisco spoke on the topic “Standing and Injury: Can You Have One Without The Other?” Their presentation explored the intersection of consumer-protection statutes and Constitutional standing requirements.
