Bloomberg Tax Announces Recipients of Outstanding Author Awards in Estates, Gifts, and Trusts - Bloomberg Tax

Elizabeth Carrott Minnigh, shareholder in the firm's Tax section, was honored as an outstanding author of the year by Bloomberg Tax.

Elizabeth and David E. Stutzman received the Outstanding Portfolio Author of the Year award for their work on Tax Management Portfolio 815, Planning for Authors, Musicians, Artists, and Collectors. The Portfolio addresses the unique issues involved in planning for and administering estates that consist in part of assets that have been created by the decedent's personal creative efforts or the creative efforts of others.
