BioNJ's Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Forum - FDA June 2018 Final Guidances on Manufacturer Communications

Linda Pissott Reig, Shareholder in the firm's FDA & Biotechnology section, will moderate an upcoming BioNJ Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Forum on "FDA June 2018 Final Guidances on Manufacturer Communications." The panel will discuss two new FDA guidances:

• Medical Product Communications that are Consistent with the FDA-Required Labeling
• Drug and Device Manufacturer Communications with Payors, Formulary  Committees and Similar Entities

They will also discuss what's changed and how companies are operationalizing their practices to evaluate and potentially take advantage of the updates, and give concrete examples of today's accepted promotion practices to assess if the final Guidances are "business as usual" or truly the dawn of a new era.
