Best Seats in the House? Steelers Want to Create 'Sign' in Heinz Field Seating Bowl - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Shawn Gallagher, shareholder in the firm's Energy section, comments on firm client Pittsburgh Steelers' upcoming visit to the local zoning board in an effort to spell out Heinz Field or some other name in the lower bowl of its stadium. Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment officials say the proposed addition is a type of sign that would be prohibited due to its large size, but the Steelers argue it qualifies as an interior sign.

The Steelers believe the sign falls under that category "because it's inside Heinz Field," said Shawn Gallagher, the team's attorney.
