Her session titled, “Payer and Provider Quality Quest: Contractual Terms for Quality Measurement,” covered how to determine whether you should use an internal or external quality measurement system, setting contractual language that clearly shows how quality measures will be reported and evaluated, as well as establishing measures for Centers of Excellence.
