Marc Adler, Of Counsel in the firm's Intellectual Property section, will moderate a panel titled "Recent and Upcoming Patent-Related Developments at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)" at a discussion hosted by the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel. Speakers John Sandage, Deputy Director General of WIPO's Patents and Technology Section, and Matthew Bryan, Director of WIPO's Patent Cooperation Treaty Legal and User Relations Division.
Senior WIPO officials will provide an update concerning developments in WIPO’s activities relating to patents and alternative dispute resolution, with particular attention to recent and upcoming developments under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
