Michael McLaughlin, co-leader of the firm's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group, spoke as a panelist on a session titled "Applying AI to Global Cybersecurity: Complement or Complication," hosted by the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.

Michael addressed how AI tools will be used to fight hackers, how technological developments will affect geopolitics, and how data protection frameworks are established on a state-by-state basis but that guidelines on a federal level are absent.
