How Carson Helps Clients
Carson’s practice focuses on a range of international trade issues including advocating on behalf of clients in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Carson gained significant trial experience as a litigation associate and an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Carson is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law where she was a Staff Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. During law school, Carson clerked for the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance.

Carson consistently strives to deliver optimal results for her clients, aligning her efforts with her clients’ overall goals. As she recognizes that every client has unique needs, Carson prioritizes frequent communication and learning clients’ industries in order to provide solutions to complex legal problems.
Outside the Office
Carson enjoys spending time with family and friends, yoga classes, and playing squash. She is also a dedicated fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.
