American Intellectual Property Law Association - Discussion with PTAB Judges

As representatives of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), Todd Walters, Shareholder in Intellectual Property, and Jonathan Bowser, Counsel, met with six judges of the Patent and Trial Appeal Board (PTAB), including Chief Judge David Ruschke and Deputy Chief Judge Scott Boalick, to discuss procedural changes to the PTAB's implementation of inter partes review trials challenging the validity of patents. The meeting occurred at AIPLA’s headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
