Deniz Uzel Reilly, associate in the firm's Labor & Employment section, will speak on a panel, "Law Practice Management," presented by the American Immigration Lawyers Association. The panel will focus on day-to-day law practice management, including managing employees and best practices for making personnel decisions, as well as managing client funds and fee agreements. Deniz will discuss starting and ending the employment relationship, discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and the impact of Model Rule 8.4(g) – Discrimination and harassment in the practice of law.
