Alexandria Intellectual Property Attorney Todd Walters Named a Leading Life Sciences Patent Litigator by IAM Magazine
Alexandria, VA, May 12, 2010 — Todd R. Walters, a shareholder in the Intellectual Property Section of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Alexandria office, was recently identified as one of the "World's Leading Life Sciences Patent Litigators" for 2010 by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM). In honor of the recognition, he was featured in the fifth edition of IAM magazine's special supplement IAM Life Sciences 250.
Over a period of four months, the IAM research team spoke with private practice lawyers, as well as users of their services, in more than 20 key jurisdictions. Their aim was to identify which lawyers and firms companies turn to when the going gets tough. Individuals qualified for a listing in the IAM Life Sciences 250 when they received sufficient positive feedback from peers and clients with knowledge of their practice and the market within which they operate.
As noted in the guide, Walters was "recognized for his patent interference work, particularly in life sciences; 'his deep technical knowledge inspires complete confidence' from clients."
