Lloyd Freeman, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association event, "Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Law firms and In-House Through Mansfield Certification." The program will look specifically at the Mansfield Certification program through Diversity Labs, and how the program addresses stubborn hurdles in equity including implicit and explicit bias, equal access, law firm culture, pipeline initiatives and more.
