Adele I. Stone Co-Authors Article in Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section Quarterly Magazine

Adele I. Stone recently co-authored an article in the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section’s quarterly magazine titled, “Boilerplate Tips and Traps.” The article discusses how the term “boilerplate” derived and how the legal industry adapted it “to refer to those provisions which did not change from contract to contract.”

Stone and her co-author, Richard Eckhard, explore certain boilerplate provisions throughout the article and invite their readers to take a fresh look at their boilerplate language in an effort to tailor it to each particular transaction.
