ACI's 5th Annual Conference on Government Regulation of Prescription Drug Pricing

Attorney Edward John Allera will address the topic "Pricing and Reimbursement Decisions Relative to New Products and Therapies and New Medical Technologies" during the Wednesday, March 14 session, titled "Understanding the Evolving Roles and Shared Responsibilities of Key Agencies in New Product Development and Commercialization" at this conference presented by the American Conference Institute.  Allera is chairman of the firm's Food and Drug group.

Allera will discuss the interplay of the FDA/CMS in the approval and commercialization of new therapeutic products, as well as the function of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and how it works in tandem with CMS with regard to product coverage.
