Susan Seabrook, Shareholder in Buchanan’s Tax section, will be a panelist and a moderator at two upcoming discussions at ABA Section of Taxation’s Spring Meeting in Washington D.C. on May 13. She will discuss captive insurance litigation pending in the Tax Court as a panelist on "Litigating Captive Insurance Cases" and will moderate a discussion of the IRS' recently announced tax enforcement "campaigns" during "Industry Update on the IRS' New Campaigns."
