Michael Stephenson, associate in the firm's Intellectual Property section, serves as the Vice Chair and Programming Chair of the American Institute of Chemical Engineer’s (AIChE) Chemical Engineering & the Law forum. Michael recently assembled speakers for and chaired two sessions at the 2024 AIChE Spring Meeting in New Orleans, a technical conference for practicing engineers covering various industry topics. Speakers included experts in the areas of environmental law, intellectual property law, and patent risk management.
