2014 Advanced Complex Litigation Series: Pittsburgh
On March 21st, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney attorneys will participate in the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2014 Advanced Complex Litigation Series at the U.S. Courthouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a recently selected “Patent Pilot Program” District Court. The event focuses on advanced litigation skills at the trial court level, in key areas such as discovery, case management, focusing disputes, and multiple party litigation. Esteemed Judges from the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Western District of Pennsylvania will join with experienced practitioners who regularly appear before these courts, to present seasoned and cutting edge perspectives on how to successfully manage complex litigation in this jurisdiction.
Buchanan Shareholder Philip L. Hirschhorn played an instrumental role in organizing the program, and Executive Shareholder Patrick C. Keane will deliver opening remarks. Samuel W. Braver and Michael L. Dever, both Shareholders in Buchanan’s Pittsburgh office, will serve as panelists during the event.
