Schering-Plough Investigation Serves as a Warning

On Friday, May 30, 2003, Schering-Plough Corporation reported that it had received a letter from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts advising the company that a subsidiary is the target of a federal grand jury investigation. According to the company's press release, the subsidiary is the target of a criminal investigation regarding four distinct aspects of its business.
