Red Flags for the Practitioner: A Healthcare Antitrust Update

Wendelynne J. Newton recently participated in the program "Red Flags for the Practitioner: A Healthcare Antitrust Update," presented by the Allegheny County Bar Association's Health Law Section. Wendy is the head of the Pittsburgh Litigation Practice and chairs the firm's Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group.

The program flagged antitrust issues in the health care area for practitioners, including in the merger/acquisition context, with contractual issues and what's prompting non-public investigations, from both the federal and state perspective.

The program took place at the ACBA Conference Center Auditorium, in Pittsburgh's City County Building.
