USCIS has confirmed that for the month of June 2019, eligibility for filing employment-based adjustment of status applications will be determined by using the final action dates listed in the July 2019 Visa Bulletin.

The June Visa Bulletin also predicts that due to high demand, EB-5 visa availability for India chargeable applicants will be limited from July onward. The prediction is that for July, the EB-5 visa availability will be backed up to those with a priority date sometime in 2017. For August and September 2019, the EB-5 dates for India will be the same as for China (currently November 2014). For October 2019 and onward, (the start of Fiscal year 2020), the EB-5 India dates are likely to be backed up to 2017. Chargeability is generally based on the applicant's country of birth or that of the applicant's spouse – not citizenship.
