Ashley Bruce Trehan Offers “Sound Advice” on Defending Class Actions

Ashley Bruce Trehan recently recorded a podcast for the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation’s “Sound Advice” Audio Library. The audio clip is entitled “Five Practical Considerations for Defending Class Actions” and provides tips for litigators whose clients may be facing a class action suit, delving beyond the text of Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
