How Danielle Helps Clients

Danielle is an associate in the Labor and Employment section. Danielle helps clients navigate complex disputes related to labor and employment matters. She is skilled at interpreting statutory and regulatory schemes, contracts and other legal documents, and provides clients with the tools and guidance that they need to effectively manage their workforce.

Prior to entering private practice, Danielle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn J. Horan of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In that role, Danielle gained extensive experience drafting legal memoranda, and her work was concentrated exclusively on labor and employment and constitutional law matters. During her clerkship, Danielle gained a unique perspective into legal research, analysis and writing that provides a unique benefit to her clients.

During law school, Danielle served as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 58 of the Duquesne Law Review. Due to Danielle’s leadership and attention to detail, both issues were successfully published during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Danielle’s experience managing this 60-person student organization honed her time management, leadership and communication skills. Danielle was a contributing author to the 2023 and 2024 editions of the Federal Civil Rules Handbook and authored Saving the Electronic Person from Digital Assault: The Case for More Robust Protections over Our Electronic Medical Records, 58 Duq. L. Rev. 146 (2020).

Clients hire attorneys when they have problems that they need help solving. I believe that it is my role as an attorney to help clients navigate their challenges using creativity, technical precision and empathy.

Outside the Office

Danielle enjoys exercising, cooking, and reading novels. Danielle attends Orange Theory classes a few times per week and also plays on a local platform tennis team.
