Andrew is a seasoned corporate attorney who focuses his practice on the merger and acquisition of privately held-companies. Andrew has extensively counseled routine acquirers, including strategic and financial purchasers, as well sell-side clients. 

Outside of the context of mergers and acquisitions, Andrew has advised institutional clients and management teams in respect of day-to-date corporate, commercial, and operational matters. Andrew’s clients have included a number of physician groups and associations, as well as ambulatory surgery centers.
