Charles F. Wieland III, a shareholder in the Intellectual Property practice at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Alexandria office, was recently named to Nanotechnology Law & Business journal's Top Ten list. The honor was noted by both nanotechwire.com and nanotech-now.com.

According to NLB, the Top Ten list "highlight[s] ten of the most influential IP lawyers in nanotechnology. … The lawyers were selected based on factors such as number of patents prosecuted, types of clients and general involvement in the nanotech community."
