Martha’s Table, an organization that impacts over 20,000 people per year in Washington, D.C., assists families dealing with the immediate effects of poverty and helps to find long-term solutions for them with education, nutrition and family support services.
Buchanan professionals and staff assisted in raising funds for the completion of Martha’s Table $100,000 kitchen renovation. Buchanan volunteers worked tirelessly in preparation for the full kitchen renovation project, and subsequently constructed a greenhouse for the organization. The greenhouse was built to provide fresh produce and educational opportunities for the children who attend daycare and after-school programs at Martha’s Table.
