Forsyth is a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Tax Section; Purpura is an associate in the firm's Corporate Finance & Technology Section. Purpura will present "Organizational Checklist," followed by Forsyth who will present "Tax-Related Provisions."
